SK海力士收购Intel闪存业务后，新组建了名为Solidigm的消费级/企业级品牌，目前已经推出多款产品。
日前在Tech Field Day 2022技术峰会预览下一代192层3D闪存芯片时，Solidigm明确指出，这是QLC颗粒（4bits/cell）。
面对部分消费者对QLC不耐用的质疑，Solidigm额外做了说明。
他们表示，目前全球出货的数据中心SSD中，85%的DWPD数值都在1以下，也就是每日最多最多全盘写入一次。
