没遇到过，而且你这信息提供的太少了，没法判断。
比如说，移动数据还是 Wi-Fi ？移动、电信还是联通？如果是无线，路由器有过什么类似改 DNS 、安装翻墙软件及 VPN 的操作嘛？ iPhone 几？ iOS 几？其他软件都没网包括设置、App Store 等 iOS 自带软件吗？设置里的给每个软件的联网权限检查了嘛？翻墙了嘛？手机上装翻墙以及 VPN 软件了嘛？总不能手机买来就是坏的吧，什么时候出问题的？能回忆起出问题前发生过什么不常见问题或者进行过什么特殊操作嘛？
等等等等，包括但不仅限于以上信息。
把有可能跟网络有关系的能提供的信息都提供下，有利于 V 友们快速判断。
