Meta 现在提供“Warranty Plus”保修服务，涵盖 Quest 2 或 Quest Pro 两年的意外损坏。
该服务的价格约为新 Quest 2 的 60 美元或 Quest Pro 的 160 美元，可以在美国购买任一头显的前 60 天内从 Meta.com 购买该保修服务即可（从购买日期开始计算）获得长达 2 年的额外保障。Meta 甚至为从授权零售商处购买的翻新 Quest 2 头显提供该计划，价格约为 55 美元。
如果未购买该保修服务，Meta 仅提供 1 年的有限保障，且不处理意外造成的损坏保修。
该服务使 Meta 的产品更接近苹果等公司，苹果提供 AppleCare+ 计划，以帮助修复损坏的 iPhone、iPad 和其他设备。苹果程序还提供了设备被盗和丢失的选项，并且存在与某些事件相关的服务费。Meta 的计划似乎没有与之相关的服务费，而苹果的计划可以按月支付。
