Intel把闪存业务卖给SK海力士后，后者孵化出名为Solidigm的消费级/企业级品牌，关系类似于美光和英睿达。
日前在Tech Field Day 2022技术峰会上，Solidigm预览了旗下第4代192层3D闪存芯片，不过是QLC颗粒（4bits/cell）。
看来Intel此前的QLC技术积累被SK海力士完全保留，后者还指出，虽然当前出货的闪存芯片80%都是TLC，但QLC迟早会取代它。
显然最重要的原因还是成本效应，QLC颗粒存储密度更高，也更容易做到大容量。
