静安国家区块链创新应用试点教育场景建设启动
11月4日，静安国家区块链创新应用试点教育场景建设启动会，在上海区块链生态谷内的上海科学院软件中心举行。静安作为国家区块链创新应用综合性试点区，现已全面启动区块链创新应用试点工作。在试点工作中，上海科学院软件中心区块链研究所是主要策划和承接单位之一，承担了综合试点的规划设计、区块链基础设施平台（上海总链）研发设计以及试点的整体实施推进工作。
