11月4日消息，据报道，国务院新闻办公室今日发布了 《新时代的中国北斗》 白皮书，向广大人民群众介绍了有关新时代中国北斗发展成就和未来愿景，并就中国北斗发展理念和实践经验进行分享。
白皮书中提到，北斗应用产业快速发展。中国卫星导航与位置服务产业总体产值在2021年全年达到了约4700亿元人民币的新高度。
北斗系统由空间段、地面段和用户段组成。 其中，空间段由中圆地球轨道、地球静止轨道、倾斜地球同步轨道等三种轨道共30颗卫星组成；
地面段由运控系统、测控系统、星间链路运行管理系统，以及国际搜救、短报文通信、星基增强和地基增强等多种服务平台组成；用户段由兼容其他卫星导航系统的各类终端及应用系统组成。
