据 TechCrunch 11 月 2 日报道，火狐浏览器背后的开发公司、互联网巨头 Mozilla 在葡萄牙网络峰会上宣布推出风险投资部门 Mozilla Ventures，作为 Mozilla Builders 创业孵化器计划的一部分，该部门已成功完成 3500 万美元募资（由 Mozilla 基金会提供），并将针对早期初创公司进行投资，专注于 A 轮和种子轮交易。
