11月1日消息，近日，有消息称，中信集团正组团与Naspers谈判以收购其持有的全部腾讯股份。对此，腾讯最大股东、南非Naspers集团荷兰子公司Prosus发布声明称，该消息是猜测性的，不符合事实。
Naspers集团将继续执行今年6月宣布的开放式股票回购计划，该计划的资金来源是定期和有序地出售集团持有的少量腾讯控股的股票。Naspers董事会和Prosus董事会重申，他们对腾讯的长期前景仍有信心。
