稳定币发行商 Circle 获得新加坡金融管理局的原则性许可
据 CoinDesk 报道，稳定币发行商 Circle 已经获得了新加坡金融管理局（MAS）的原则性许可，允许其作为支付公司在该国运营。根据一份新闻稿，Circle 向新加坡中央银行申请了主要支付机构许可证，现在可以提供跨境和国内支付服务。
早前报道，稳定币发行商 Paxos 也获得了新加坡金管局的类似许可。
