FF：前董事长Brian引咎辞职 引入会计师事务所Mazars
证券时报e公司讯，11月1日消息，昨日Faraday Future（简称FF）向SEC（美国证券交易委员会）提交8K文件，FF前董事长Brian Krolicki向董事会递交了辞职信并立即生效。此前，FF大股东FF Top曾发布公告要求FF董事会举行股东大会，由股东投票罢免董事Brian Krolicki。8K文件还显示，FF宣布任命Mazars USA LLP为公司独立会计师事务所。此前，在FF董事会之争过程中，普华永道会计师事务所宣布不再继任。
