传台积电大砍供应链订单 最多高达四、五成
财联社11月1日电，半导体景气下行，台积电二度下修资本支出之际，传出3纳米制程大客户临时取消订单，台积电因而大砍协力厂订单，最多高达四、五成，涵盖再生晶圆、关键耗材、设备等领域，由于这些供应商规模都相对较小。台积电供应链私下透露，来自台积电的订单确实从第3季末开始转弱，第4季与明年首季订单持续下滑。目前所知，冲击领域包括前段生产制程与后段先进封装制程，其中对后段的影响幅度大于前段。
