iOS 16.1 网络间歇性崩溃

设备 13 Pro ，已经出现 2 次了，周六一次，今天一次。
具体的表现是 App 的请求可以发出，一旦打开 WebView 就挂了（比如健康码页面）。
这个时候用 Safari 尝试打开网页，网络就崩掉了，什么都访问不通，只能重启解决，Wifi 和蜂窝表现都是一样。
不知道有没有人遇到同样的问题。
