我睡午觉之前已经在 apple watch 上勿扰模式中选择了睡眠。但是起床后在 iPhone 的睡眠中并没有看到午觉的数据。已经尝试了好几天了都不能记录午觉。这要怎么样才能记录午觉的数据？
