日前， 马斯克已完成以440亿美元（约合人民币3220亿）将推特私有化的交易，并已掌管公司。
马斯克本人还抱着一个水槽入主了推特总部，并第一时间解雇了多名高管，包括CEO Parag Agrawal、CFO Ned Segal等。
据报道，
推特计划将会在当地时间10月28日（北京时间29日）正式完成退市，结束9年上市时期。
据了解，在收购推特之前，马斯克一直是推特的活跃用户， 他于2009年加入这一平台，目前拥有1.1亿粉丝。
