成为管理层有点爽？
我是一个 phper,身居二线城市，每月万把多块钱，有自己的项目在跑，每月线上产品收益比较稳定，手头的外包项目按月算钱，也是按月发工资的。综合下来每月到手能有 2.5 到 3w 的收入，本来想安安分分这样虚度下去，在公司默默干好自己的事，谁都不刁。
谁曾想，最近当了管理层，整天各种人叫高总高总，哥长哥短的，感觉有点爽，心理得到了满足，但是公司琐事太多，还不赚钱。 我该怎么办，继续当公司扫地僧还是当这个吃力不讨好的管理层呀？
目前很稳定，有房有车有媳妇有儿子（ 6 月大的宝宝），没有其他贷款，只有房贷。
