I've searched everywhere but didn't find solution for network provider not working (although SIM card works).
All it shows outdated network providers to whom I cannot connect. If I delete and update APN, this doesn't affect the network as it is related to mobile internet.
I tried no-cust, cust restore, global cust, universal, european cust (I'm in EU) etc. but network doesn't fuction no matter I do.
Any suggestions?
after wifi is setup i get error "Not found Component...Did you include Google setup in the binary"
only option at this point is "emergency call" or turn "phone off" cannot do anything else
vs985. i paid a technician years ago to install TWRP on this and so after getting a bootloop and "no OS installed" showing in TWRP i was hoping installing this ROM would solve my problems and i could get my g3 working again but so far, no luck
it should also be noted that mini view has never worked on verizon varients. not on any of the G-series models, V-series possibly but G-series verizon models definitely no and not even after flashing this cleanrom to my verizon g3. the gesture has no effect whatsoever and yet on my H2O V20 mini view works perfectly fine on the stock ROM
@bloodgull, what is the version of TWRP that you have installed? Did you try updating to the latest version and then trying this?
I can't check it.
If i do *#*#4636#*#* i find that i can't access "phone information" to double check if the phone is volte provisioned. Tapping "phone information" tells me "this application does not work on this device".
The att black list says that this phone will work with volte if it has a recent software update. Really all that tells me is that this d850 running this rom i have no way to check if it's volte provisioned, and of course att stock marshmallow would do the job.
What i do know is that the d850 drops me to hspa for voice calls as opposed to umts.
All i know is this rom is great! And i'm going to see if it'll still work during march for the 2022 3g shutdown.
for some reason, my "RECENTS" button doesn't show the recent apps I was using. I have been living with this, but tonight tried wiping dalvik, cache and system, and reinstalling the ROM. all my apps are still there, and even the screen layouts and apps and widgets.
but still no "RECENTS" page.
does anyone have any idea what may be the cause of this??
would surely appreciate some help.
edit: I use d851 (tmobile) G3's, 3 have clean ROM 3.2 without this problem.
it MUST be some setting somewhere that I can't find.

Whether I chose to keep or delete the results are the same,no wizard, now the previous version you set up another version via pm and it worked great,1st time also no wizard,I kept that setup and currently running it...trust me I've tried with, without, debloat,no debloat,,same results, no wizard. I'm back on ur previous version works great!!.
The way I got my VS985 to boot past the setup wizard failure on version 3.2 was to select LG Email and Google Search in Aroma. Everything else NOT selected (including LG Setup Wizard). This works even if you choose to select "Extreme Debloat."
You will still get the error message when you first boot: "Missing components..." Just click OK, and it bypasses setup wizard and takes you right to the home screen.
I flash rom by twrp 3.0.2 with erorr
use TWRP 3.3 from this post

Not working for me. Do you mean not to select anything ONLY on that screen, or nothing including Xcam and UX home and such?
Edit. Nvm, I don't even know what I did this time around. I believe I selected the 3 google apps and the LG wizard one, that did the trick and now the wizard is not crashing on boot up, could install just fine.
Btw, twrp threw an error 11, but doesn't seem to have affected anything, I believe it is because the screen was locked and I didn't unlock it fast enough and the "reboot..." action could not be performed automatically, hence the error.

Sorry my post wasn't clear. Glad you got it. What I was trying to say was...As long as LG Email and Google Search are selected, you can get passed the wizard crash. Any, or all other selections are optional.
