2022年10月20日晚8点，京东11.11预售正式开启，手机通讯品类预售收获全新增长。
预售期间， 折叠屏手机品类销量同比增长超300% ；手机品类线下零售成交额同比增长超8倍。此外，使用以旧换新方式选购新款手机的用户数同比增长超300%。
数码产品预售同样亮眼。 仅售99元的荣耀手环6预售订单额同比增长超23倍。 VR眼镜同比增长超3倍，游戏投影、微单相机、游戏机等品类同比增长均超过100%。
电脑品类在11.11预售期间表现火爆， 4K电竞显示器同比增长4倍 ，家庭打印相关品类同比增长超100%，三模热插拔键盘同比增长110%。电脑数码跨品类以旧换新订单量同比增长163%，其中笔记本和智能儿童手表品类同比增长分别超2倍和10倍。
