本月稍早些时候，谷歌发布了新的Pixel 7系列新品，并带来了全新的Tensor G2芯片。
不过，Tensor G2在问世之后获得的评价就一直不是很好，无论是与骁龙888打得有来有回的跑分，还是部分游戏中不如骁龙870的表现，都让人难言满意。
但在本周的Made by Google播客中，
谷歌官方却表示，很满意Tensor G2的表现。
谷歌芯片团队的产品管理高级总监Monika Gupta称， 比起性能跑分，他们更看重芯片的AI功能。
