10月27日晚，两轮电动车企业九号公司发表公告，宣布将回购1-2亿元股票。
九号表示，拟用自有资金在回购方案之日起 12个月内，以不超过58元/份的价格回购资金总额不低于人民币1亿元（含）、不超过人民币 2亿元（含）股份。
回购股份将全部用于员工持股计划或股权激励，并在回购完成后三年内予以转让。
日前九号公司发布了1-3季度财报，公司前三季度实现营业收入76亿元；扣非净利润3.97亿元；经营活动产生的现金流量净额16.34亿元，同比增长445.41%。
