There is no full zip for NA on oxygen updater.

Can I use to file to convert COS to OOS?
Possibly but I'm not sure. Try the rollback zip if it fails

I went ahead and flashed the rollback firmware on my device and it was successful. I did get an error saying the model partition wasn't present before flashing but I checked the ignore button and it booted without issue.
Maybe I'm misunderstanding but these are build for Android 15???
