新朋股份：子公司参投基金投资项目伟测科技上市

公司全资子公司瀚娱动从南京金浦新潮创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)，其投资的上海伟测半导体科技股份有限公司已于10月26日在上交所挂牌上市。

2022年10月26日晚间，A股公司新朋股份(002328.SZ)公告，公司全资子公司瀚娱动从南京金浦新潮创业投资合伙企业(有限合伙)(简称“金浦新潮”)：

其投资的上海伟测半导体科技股份有限公司(简称“伟测科技”)已于10月26日在上交所挂牌上市。目前，瀚娱动持有金浦新潮基金份额为14.75%。金浦新潮持有伟测科技308.61万股，占该公司发行后总股本的3.54%。
