AI-assisted data import, embedded into your product

1/ Hi! My name is Sean Zinsmeister. I lead product marketing at ThoughtSpot and am one of the co-creators of ThoughtSpot for Sheets ☺️

2/ ThoughtSpot for Sheets is a standalone app available for free to all Google Sheets users. You don’t need to be a current ThoughtSpot customer. We built this app because, as exciting as cloud data platforms are like Snowflake, Databricks, and others – not everyone is ready to go there ☁️.

This leaves a massive underserved majority user base which is then doing all their analysis in Sheets.

3/ Making charts and visualizations in Sheets is hard. Drilling into spreadsheets is hard.

4/ We allow you to to search your data to create charts and visualizations easily. No data modeling is required. No data modeling required. Drill anywhere, ask questions, and pin Google Slides to share with anyone.

5/ Have data in Google Sheets? Give the app a whirl and let us know what you think below!

6/ Thanks so much for hunting us @kevin !

good stuff guys! very slick product. What are you using to store the sheet data? or is this all happening in memory?
@mike_seekwell everything is happening in the browser. We're not storing any data, it's all streaming. We wanted to create a lightweight stack that which leaned on your personal computer for computing, and browser memory. In IT terms it's a purely client-side application :-)
