10月26日晚，索尼发布全画幅微单新品Alpha 7R V（以下简称A7R5）， 国内定价25999元，海外定价3900美元，11月中下旬上市。
A7R5延续了上一代的6100万像素背照式传感器，不过传感器和Bionz XR处理器均采用大量AI技术，可以实现包括人体识别、包括昆虫在内的更多检测对象、基于AI的白平衡检测等。
5轴8级机身防抖，搭配部分镜头支持同步防抖。
像素偏移合成(仅限三角架)支持运动补偿，可合成2.4亿像素照片。
