据报道，近日美国航天局在亚利桑那州公布了用于地面实验的月球探测车， 这辆车高约3米，长约5米，最大时速10公里，有翻越岩石障碍的能力。
此外，车内还配备了可供两名宇航员生活的床铺和厕所等设施。
报道称，美国航天局本月已经让6名宇航员和工程师轮流在车内进行了3天2夜的生活实验，日本宇宙航空研究开发机构（JAXA）派人参与了这项实验。
不过需要注意的是，美国阿尔忒弥斯1号登月火箭此前却屡次发射失利，已经多次推迟试射。
