"Cabinet of Curiosities" is a new horror anthology series curated by Oscar-winning director Guillermo del Toro. The first couple of episodes are now available to stream exclusively on Netflix, and two new episodes will premiere every day through October 28. 

The collection features sinister tales of hauntings, vampires, and the macabre from the minds of del Toro and some of today's most acclaimed horror creators.

Guillermo del Toro selected eight directors to tell the nightmares from his "Cabinet of Curiosities": Guillermo Navarro ("Cronos"), Vincenzo Natali ("Splice"), David Prior ("The Empty Man"), Ana Lily Amirpour ("Castle Rock"), Keith Thomas ("Firestarter"), Catherine Hardwicke ("Twilight"), Panos Cosmatos ("Mandy"), and Jennifer Kent ("The Babadook").

Each episode of "Cabinet of Curiosities" features an entirely different cast, with performers like Tim Blake Nelson, Kate Micucci, Martin Starr, F. Murray Abraham, Ben Barnes, Crispin Glover, Rupert Grint, Essie Davis, Andrew Lincoln, Eric André, and Sofia Boutella set to appear. Along with creating and executive producing the series, del Toro co-wrote two episodes and serves as the show's on-screen presenter.

How to watch 'Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities'

You can watch "Cabinet of Curiosities" exclusively on Netflix. The first two episodes premiered on October 25, and two new episodes will debut every day through October 28.

Netflix's Basic plan costs $10/month for standard definition streaming on one screen. The Standard plan is $15.49/month for up to two screens at a time in high definition. For the best quality, we recommend Netflix's Premium plan at $20 a month. With this plan, you can stream in up to 4K on four screens. Netflix will also offer a cheaper Basic plan with ads plan for $7 a month starting in November.

Is 'Guillermo del Toro's Cabinet of Curiosities' based on a book?

"Cabinet of Curiosities" is not based on Guillermo del Toro's book of the same name, but many of the show's episodes are based on existing short stories from various authors.
