中午升级了 ventura 后悔了

设置栏超级丑，侧边栏 ui 看着还以为是我做的，而且不能横向拉宽，是固定宽度，27 寸显示器中看着超级难受，然后也很没有质感。

原来很多设置项都是通过 radio 单选按钮来交互的，现在变成了 select,很不直观，不点进去都不知道有哪些选项。

切换设置的侧边栏按钮时很卡，点一下要过 0.5 秒画面才切换掉。

台前调度一点用都没有，试用了 2 分钟就关了。

git 失效了，重装了一下 xcode-select 才有效
请问怎么降级。。。
不能降级的话只能通过“以后新 mac 都预装 13”来安慰自己了
