智利电信巨头Entel拟以3.58亿美元出售光纤资产
据报道，智利电信巨头Entel周六表示，将把为家庭提供服务的光纤业务的资产出售给当地公司ON*NET Fibra，交易价值3.58亿美元。
该笔交易由投资银行法国巴黎银行（BNP Paribas）、桑坦德银行（Santander）和金融顾问丰业银行（Scotiabank）牵头，预计将于2023年上半年获得智利经济监管机构的批准。
Entel在一份声明中表示，Entel和ON*NET Fibra签署了一项协议，该协议将使Entel能够继续在ON*NET的网络上为住宅提供互联网服务。
在本次交易结束后，ON*NET Fibra预计将于2024年覆盖超过430万户家庭。
