这种需求要额外买哪款设备？

以前直接在路由器刷老毛子固件，现在能刷固件的设备出了，手里的路由器是 TPLINK XDR5480 。后来发现这个好像没办法刷其他固件...
昨天又看到优惠帖子，https://v2ex.com/t/888642#reply41 。 动了刷机的念头，像搞一台试试。做了一番搜索又解到 N5105 ，J4125 这种设备，因为有无线路由器，如果配合 J4125 这种设备，又觉得帖子里的设备好像没必要。
现在手里有的设备：
- M1 macmini 万兆网卡，也上了 surge
- QNAP 453Bmini 主要用来存影片
- 无线路由器 TP-LINK XDR5480
网络条件：千兆单宽带
如果想要做到
- 局域网内设备无障碍自由冲浪，访问 Netflix ，YouTube 等。
- 局域网速度尽可能快
- 广告过滤（ pihole or adguard 之类的）
- 学习一些 vlan 知识啥的（不是必须）
- 能刷开源系统
需要额外购买类似 N5105 这种设备吗？我了解到这种类型的设备也能做 proxmox 之类的虚拟化，还是比较喜欢的。 或者还有没有类似的小设备推荐？
另外，有没有小伙伴用过 pfsense/opensense ？ 和 openwrt 相比较如何？
