三星部署“shell-first”策略 以提升良率与产能
《科创板日报》21日讯，三星电子于20日在韩国首尔举行晶圆代工论坛。公司晶圆代工业务部门崔始英表示，如今半导体行业中，确保技术创新和稳定产能非常重要，三星也为此准备多时。公司部署了“shell-first”策略，意为先建设无尘室，后根据市场需求灵活投资具体设备。三星计划将该策略用于Taylor厂二期产线。三星计划通过这一策略解决良率问题。公司4nm初始良率未达市场预期，但目前已提升到“没有问题的水平”，三星预计这一制程产量将超过上一代，未来不会出现产量问题。”
