英国央行金融稳定委员会成员 Carolyn Wilkins：金融永远不可能完全去中心化
据 CoinDesk 报道，英国央行金融稳定委员会（FPC）成员 Carolyn Wilkins 发表演讲表示，金融永远不可能真正去中心化，理由是内部人士拥有不公平的优势，并且需要对不可预见的事件做出反应。Wilkins 称：“我们生活在一个固有的不确定的世界中，”“不可能有一套适用于各种情况的智能合约，当意外发生时，总是需要集中决策。”
Wilkins 指出，事实证明，在 Solend 等协议上调用紧急权力是有争议的，DeFi 结构可以将知识和权力都集中在拥有最多代币或编码专业知识的人手中。
