Intel Arc A7系列显卡发布后，很快被发现存在待机功耗过高的问题。还好很快，Intel就给出了解决方法。
正常来说，显卡在待机时的功耗不会超过10W，但实测显示，Arc A770显卡啥也不干就会消耗多达45W左右，最高47W，Arc A750也会白白吃掉40W左右。
原来，Intel Arc显卡在电源管理方面使用了PCIe 2.0规范中的L0s、L1电源模式，属于PCIe设备ASPM(主动状态电源管理)机制的一部分。
但是，上述电源模式必须通过软件强制启用，而且不能从驱动层面解决，必须手动修改BIOS、Windows电源计划。
