美国当地时间10月17日，彭博科技记者马克·古尔曼（Mark Gurman）在推特表示，苹果公司新款iPad Pro应该将在当地时间10月18日发布。古尔曼10月15日在其Power On通讯中表示，苹果将在“几天后”发布搭载M2芯片的11英寸和12.9英寸iPad Pro。不过今年苹果将直接在网站发布公告而不是举行大型活动。
