I'm not sure about the whole twrp part. I never use it these days, so you may have to do a full wipe before all of this. I'm not too sure. I don't wanna say and end up messing things up for you more.
Thanks a lot for your help. Really appreciate this

PixelBlaster v6.0 runs beautifully and the device doesn't get warm during normal use like the other A13 roms. edit it doesn't get as warm as the other A13 roms, but the rom still eats up the battery, literally.
Great work by devs. Are below things working fine? 1. VoWifi and 5g 2. Safetynet for banking and work profile apps 3. Fingerprint and face unlock 4. Google photos unlimited storage 5. NFC
Expect 5G all is working. On my 8T I don't get 5G only LTE and sometimes LTE+, I tried C33 and C35 FW on both no 5G

NOTE: It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup (or with any backup/restore app) as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug, restoring regular apps is fine.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.
Flashing
If coming from OOS11 based roms:
- Flash oos12 firmware on both slots
- Then follow the same instructions as oos 12 based
If coming from OOS 12 based roms:
- Flash vbmeta as follows:
- fastboot flash --disable-verity --disable-verification vbmeta vbmeta.img
- fastboot flash --disable-verity --disable-verification vbmeta_system vbmeta_system.img
- Then you can flash the rom either in recovery using sideload OR
- Flash the image zip using fastboot update FILENAME.zip
- It will reboot automatically so either format the data before flashing or after it automatically reboots, reboot to recovery and then format data.
