如题，比如在非盈利个人项目中用了：
- java 的咖啡杯 logo 图片
- mac os 和 xocde 的 logo 图片
- 不知名第三方库的 logo 等等
是否构成侵权？可能问的比较幼稚，但是这方面是真不了解
