【韩国网络平台瘫痪 韩总统尹锡悦要求查明原因】韩国总统办公室公报首席秘书金恩惠16日称，韩总统尹锡悦就大型网络平台服务因火灾停摆一事要求政府部门担起责任，确保相关功能立刻恢复正常。尹锡悦表示，韩国国民因KAKAO、NAVER的数字服务中断遭受损失和不便，对此深感沉重。不仅要查清事故原因，还应制定构建双活数据中心等事故预防对策以及事故发生时的报告、处置制度。据悉，韩总统室一名高官表示，有必要调查KAKAO等骨干企业是否在国民遭受不便时采取放任态度。
