We’re builders from SuperteamDAO. In the last one year, we’ve worked on building a talent Network, a job board, and various bounties to onboard young talent to web3. Here’s what we found:

We are bridging this gap by creating a platform on which the best young talent can find work at the best web3 projects out there in the form of a structured 6-week internship and get paid up to $500/month.
