近年来，安卓阵营的各大厂商都在致力于推行64位应用，从最初的开发者自行选择是否上传64位应用，到现在的必须上传64位软件，就是这一策略最好的体现。
现在，谷歌在自家的Pixel 7系列上，迈出了极为激进的一步。

有用户发现，Pixel 7和Pixel 7 Pro两款新机，都仅支持运行64位应用，如果应用只有32位包体，在安装时就会出现错误信息。
同时，该用户还指出， 虽然Pixel 7系列不支持运行32位应用，但在其操作系统内仍能找到一些32位库 ，也就是说谷歌是在刻意阻止32位应用运行。
