我发现很多朋友在的公司都全面恢复线下了。我司倒是还可以远程，我基本上一半线上一半线下。
我媳妇儿也是大部分时间在家办公。我个人挺喜欢这种生活的。
疫情发生前，我就想远程办公了。。我是小领导，前几年我就做了一些改革，比如取消打卡；弹性工作时间；内部协作转线上，等。当时我没跟任何人说，但我的想法就是，慢慢在公司推广远程。结果，还真心想事成了。。
