Chinese electric scooter company Niu Technologies launches its first electric SUV to enter China's highly competitive EV sector

Beijing based electric scooter company Niu Technologies entered China’s highly competitive and burgeoning electric vehicle sector by launching its first EV named Ziyoujia NV.
The pure electric version of Ziyoujia NV, with an extended battery range, will be able to go as far as 939km on a single charge. It will be sold between 277,800 yuan and 318,800 yuan
The plug-in hybrid version, which priced at 288,800 yuan, can go more than 1200km on a single charge, the company claimed. Niu Technologies will deliver the brand-new SUV in December.
The SUV measures 4,915mm long, 1,962mm wide, 1,755mm tall, with a 2,910mm wheelbase, it equips with the automaker’s innovative Smart Stacks building-block style interactive approach, integrating the original NIUTRON OS with CarPlay into the 15.6” center hovering screen.
The positioning for the Ziyoujia is obvious, which is as a smart medium-to-large size SUV eyeing to be on par with Li Auto’s five-seat SUV L6, which priced around 300,000 yuan.
