万向区块链首席经济学家邹传伟：Web3.0 最紧迫的问题是加强用户隐私保护和促进数据有效流通

巴比特讯，10 月 11 日消息，万向区块链首席经济学家邹传伟认为，在Web3.0方面，当前对产业界及政府最紧迫的问题，一是数字身份和数字账户，一方面要加强用户隐私保护，另一方面要促进数据有效流通。二是要吸收借鉴新加坡金管局局长Ravi Menon最新的立场（Yes to digital asset innovation, No to cryptocurrency speculation，即“肯定数字资产创新，否定加密资产投机”），他把Web3.0聚焦为基于区块链、Token和智能合约的货币支付系统、证券交易结算系统。这代表着新的金融基础设施、新的金融范式，对我国金融发展有启发意义。
