碳链价值APP讯，在本周五泰国证券交易委员会举办的资本市场发展论坛上，该国财政部长Arkhom Termpittayapaisith表示将推动中央央行和警方将数字资产投资纳入监管，同时监管机构应审查管理数字资产投资的法律以解决灰色地带问题。Arkhom Termpittayapaisith认为，数字货币等资产对资本市场来说是新事物，泰国财政部已经和泰国央行Bank of Thailand等相关部门就数字资产投资监管进行了密切磋商，努力防止数字资产投资中的欺诈行为，但目前一些灰色地带尚未明确，他建议如果发生数字资产欺诈行为，警方应首先介入，相关案件将根据泰国刑法进行处理。（曼谷邮报）
