SAP HANA Trial Database Creation Issue

I have created a SAP HANA Trial account and was trying to create a SAP HANA Database.

When I click on create SAP HANA Database, it takes me to login and password page. When I enter the credentials, (which I think it should not ask and should login through SSO), the authentication fails.

The screenshot of the steps are attached.

Please look into it and resolve asap.

cloud foundry is particularly peaky with cookies... Here how it works for me:- close all browsers- open an incognito/inprivate browsing- open your trial home, choose your dev space and in the hana section choose creata hana- a new tab (not a new window) opens, sign in with default identity provider and it should NOT prompt for email and passwordLet me know otherwisecheers!A

Thanks for the reply. I tried the incognito mode, it opens a new tab and when I try to sign in with default identity provider it asks for username password. I tried in another browser also but the result is the same.

Can you please let me know how this can be solved.

Gautam Banerjee did you close ALL ALL your browsers first? thats basically the key to fix the misbehavior ..

I tried in a laptop from which I signed in for the first time in SAP dashboard with all the browsers closed. I tried in the normal and then in Incognito mode but the result is the same.
