推特暂停起诉 马斯克须在10月28日前完成交易
新浪科技讯 北京时间10月7日消息，马斯克准备以440亿美元收购推特，美国特拉华州一名法官下达命令，在庭审前突然暂停推特对马斯克的诉讼，从而为马斯克筹集收购资金留出更多时间。
诉讼暂停至美国EDT时间10月28日下午5点，这样一来马斯克就有更多时间筹集资金。法官萨琳・麦考密克（Kathaleen McCormick）说，如果交易不能在她划定的截止时间内完成，双方将联系她在11月安排时间庭审。按原计划10月17日马斯克将会接受庭审，但现在已经推迟。
在今日的常规交易中推特股价下跌3.72%，盘后下跌1.11%。
马斯克本周再次发声，说要以4月敲定的价格收购推特，也就是每股54.20美元。（星海）
