So excited 🤩 to be here sharing this gamified product, gently produced by Inooster team. We're a bunch of people, working on gamification based products since 2016 and want to create a better work environment with all game mechanics to affect positive changes in all workplaces.

We felt awkward in project management that so many of our teammates are having problems with bad project management and instead of workload. Then we dug into the deepest to understand exact pain points and create solutions with the great world of gamification.

🚩 Pain points Poor estimation and prioritization, failure to report barriers, lack of teammate recognition, not updated issue management, lack of performance measuring, ineffective meetings and poor participation, having multiple tools and licensing.

So we’ve focused on these points and targeted Jira to start a gamified journey to help teammates for a more agile workplace.

✨ Product vision ▪️ Gamifying the regular jobs of users, can enhance planning, collaboration, communication, visibility and performance of the teams. ▪️ Encouraging small behaviors can make significant changes like giving kudos to a friend, commenting on issues, closing tasks and attending the meetings on time. ▪️ Motivist Connect is a gamification tool to engage software and technology teams to track, make recognizable and support good team behaviors.
