据 CoinDesk 报道，根据周二提交给美国证券交易委员会的监管文件，专门制造传感器和开发软件的元宇宙相关公司 Movella 将通过与 Pathfinder Acquisition Corp.（PFDR）的合并在纳斯达克上市。合并后的实体将被命名为 Movella Holdings Inc.，其预估企业价值约为 5.37 亿美元。
Pathfinder 是一家特殊目的收购公司，由投资公司 Industry Ventures 和 HGGC 的附属公司组成，HGGC 是一家私人股权公司，前美国橄榄球联盟的传奇人物 Steve Young 是其联合创始人、主席和合伙人之一。Movella 为娱乐、健康、体育、自动化和移动领域的客户提供与运动追踪有关的先进传感器、软件和分析，客户包括视频游戏发行商 EA、NBC 环球和西门子。
