巴比特讯，10 月 3 日，中央财经大学法学院教授邓建鹏发表《元宇宙金融规制理论》，在文中他表示，我国当下在虚拟货币领域采取的“禁令型”监管是暂时的政策选择与监管观望，后续有必要持续探索更加符合金融科技风险特征的治理机制。元宇宙金融突破传统金融业态，使金融监管法律体系不得不回应和重构，“一刀切”式的固有整治思维并不管用。
