3 个 新 Win 设置完后 Chromium 都死掉

最近几个月陆续买了 3 个 Win 打工本，大概装装软件设置一下， 弄完不久自带的 Edge 都神奇得打不开了。点开光标转转，就没了。 下载 Chrome 、Brave 等 Chromium 浏览器都一样，只能改用 Firefox 。对此百思不得解。
