华为徐直军今起当值公司轮值董事长：任期6个月

10月1日消息，从华为官网获悉，日前，华为发布“ 关于公司轮值董事长的当值公告 ”。
公告显示，根据公司轮值董事长制度，
2022年10月1日-2023年3月31日期间由徐直军先生当值轮值董事长。
轮值董事长在当值期间是公司最高领袖，主持公司董事会及董事会常务委员会。
据介绍，徐直军1993年加入华为，历任公司无线产品线总裁、战略与Marketing 总裁、 产品与解决方案总裁、产品投资评审委员会主任、公司轮值CEO、战略与发展委员会主任等，现任公司副董事长、轮值董事长等职务。
根据华为的公司制度，董事会是公司战略、经营管理和客户满意度的最高责任机构， 承担带领公司前进的使命，行使公司战略与经营管理决策权，确保客户与股东的利益得到维护。
