Hi! I'm Sean Byrnes (@sbyrnes), the author of The Breaking Point.

I started the newsletter to share all of my lessons across a 20 year career where I started multiple high-growth companies (Flurry, Outlier.ai), invested in dozens of startups and coached hundreds of CEOs. I've done this for 20 years, so there aren't many problems I haven't encountered or mistakes I haven't made myself.

You might have noticed there is a ton written about startups... by VCs! VCs have time to write, unlike founders, so most startup content is about fundraising. I wanted there to be a resource for founders to learn about company building, which gets into the real problems you face everyday. We cover everything from marketing to sales to hiring and everything in between. The Breaking Point is written for founders and business leaders to provide practical frameworks, advice and tactics you can use to solve your biggest problems.

The most exciting part of the newsletter is that most of the topics are chosen by you! The readers, just like you, request help with problems across a wide variety of topics and that's what I write about. If I can save you the pain of learning the hard way, then The Breaking Point is a success.

I hope you'll give it a try, and let me know if there are topics you'd like me to cover! Together we can create a great resource for future leaders and build the next generation of great businesses.
