2022年9月29日晚间，A股公司实丰文化(002862.SZ)公告，公司拟通过增资的方式，获得安徽超隆光电科技有限公司不低于22%的股权，初步预计投资金额范围为0.8亿元-1.2亿元，具体增资金额及增资比例尚未最终确定。
超隆光电系一家专业生产光伏组件的企业，其中一期总体设计产能为3.5GW，截至2022年8月底已完成2.5GW产能的建设，主要产品规格为182单双玻系列产品、210单双玻系列产品等各类高效光伏组件。
